Living With Soul

I have written about many spiritual subjects in the
past but this time I would like to introduce the text books or the nice spiritual books I have read. May they help you as much as they have helped me. These days bookstores and libraries are on every corner. We just have to know what to search for and spend couple hours going through the pages of a great book in order to learn a lesson without making mistakes and paying the consequences by experiencing it ourselves. The best way for me to do it is to grab my regular latte and sit in a corner of my local bookstore and read my relaxing books and magazines; anything that be informative and fun. Here are some great book titles that will change your life.
I came across this great book called "The Memory Pre scri ption", by Gary Smile, M.D and it was very interesting for me. Is not it maddening to be in the middle of the conversation with someone and forget the next point you wanted to make? Or to be ready to walk out the door and not remember where you have left your car keys? There are many things Dr. Gary discusses that will help you assess where you are mentally and be able to control your stress level and level of physical fitness. He also mentions a great diet to help your brain cells develop and also has a chapter on supplements and drugs.

The other book I came across was "This is Not the Life I Ordered" by Deborah Collins. The story is about four ladies over 10 years ago, getting together for weekly kitchen table coaching sessions and having experiences with marriages, infidelity, divorces, children, step-children, deaths of loved ones. In reading their stories, you will learn what they did right or wrong in their lives and you can apply that to yourself. After reading this book you will think to yourself, "Yes I can do this! I can do it!," no matter what your situation is or how unlucky or unblessed you feel. This book is a cleverly written and profoundly empowering must-read. I am eager to share it with every women I know. This author offers fifty ways to keep your head above water when life keeps dragging you down.

If you are into music, there is a lot of relaxing music that will soothe your tired soul. One I like a lot is called Celtic Lamentations: Healing Music for Twelve Months and a Day. Sometimes we forget that music is meant not only to celebrate but to soothe. Drawn from Irish and Scottish songs, this albums by Aine Minogue offers great flute, guitar, cello, and Irish whistles that will make you forget all your cares.

Body scrubs and masks can help our skin to relax after a tough day of work. I love products by Lavera, which contain almond oil, Vitamins E and C, aloe vera, rose water, and peppermint. Those ingredients are guaranteed to make your skin feel incredible.

We can do many things to change our lifestyle, like eat better and spend time in natures, feeding the birds. Me and my puppy love to feed the birds as it is so comforting to watch them eat while we relax on the lawn watching the sun goes down. Practicing kindness in each moment of your life will change your world for the better. All you need to do is smile, laugh and be yourself and try to put yourself in other person's shoes.

Sometimes I give my best friends seeds of the flowers I love so they can plant them and watch them grow. So this time of year spread your happiness by sending them Viola Blooms in a bag. It symbolizes your endless love and gratitude.

I would like to leave you with a poem:
"In the open windows of Spring
The world will thank you
For all you have given of yourself
is exceptional
Be kind, be generous and let others
To feel the power inside you
So shine my friend..."

Life is short, my friends. I hope you enjoy your Spring. My love and prayers are always with you my dear readers, Best regards from my heart to yours,
 -Victoria
